WHO GIVES A FORK? WE DO.

We worked with IvyFarm on their Meaty Mission to make the World's Most Sustainable Guilt-Free, Real Meat.

The planet’s had its fill of meat. It’s knackered, to put it mildly. The production of meat is using up vast amounts of natural resources. Then, there’s the harm to animals and people. And the issues of intensive farming. Our one planet can’t take it anymore. It’s being stretched beyond its limits. Exhausted. And there must be a way to ‘feel good’ about meat again, by easing the guilt we feel when it reaches our plate.

Meat is going through something of a renaissance, right now. And, there are some truly amazing scientific breakthroughs coming to a knife and fork near you.

We worked with IvyFarm to build their brand, design their offices, write Ted Talks and create their comms.

MEAT THE FUTURE

IvyFarm are one of the world’s first sustainable meat companies. They make cultured meat. Meat that’s made mind-blowingly differently. (That’s quite a mouthful!)

If you think this all sounds a bit ‘Frankenstein’, then read on…

Ever heard of ‘cultured meat’? We don’t mean a pig that knows its Monet from its Manet. IvyFarm are pioneering tasty tech, created at Oxford Uni, to ‘grow’ real meat. Free from all that animal harm, factory farming and antibiotics. Meat from a tiny, tiny, part of the animal. Very SMALL. Like, cells. It’s high in protein, low in saturated fats, and tastes, well…like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. It’s real meat. You’ll just have to let your tastebuds loose on it. It’s an exciting revolution in food. And a ‘must’ for the planet. So, we worked on building the brand, PR, campaign, social and define their point of view to allow people to feel guilt-free about eating meat again.

With global meat sales set to grow and grow, this is HUGE news. As it turns out, science really can save our bacon. Mmmmmm, bacon.

SAVE THE PLANET. EAT MEAT. A TED TALK.

We worked with the co-founder and Oxford graduate Dr Russ Tucker (aka The Hog Father), to write a TedTalk to discuss is there a way to produce meat that can actually help save the planet, instead of causing more harm? In a word, yes. And made the science, easy to digest.

In the talk, Russ shares why, in a world where we hear every day about the damage being done to the planet, where climate change is putting us all in peril, we still don’t have to give up meat. We just have to make it differently.

SERVING UP THE WORLD’S FIRST CULTIVATED HOTDOG LIVE ON TIKTOK AT COP26

We worked to deliver the comms to promote and assets live at COP26 in Glasgow. Streamed live on TikTok to over 10k people, co-founder Dr Russ Tucker took to stage with Poppy Cooks, Earthtopia and the Humane Society to discuss the challenges of animal agriculture on climate change, how cultivated meat will make a difference and finally, the cooking and tasting of the world’s first cultivated hotdog.

INTERIORS

We worked with Ivy Farm to build the brand within their new 18,000 square feet pilot plant, with a state of the art R&D facility, work spaces and an innovation kitchen. By building Europe’s largest pilot plant and by expanding their R&D facilities, IvyFarm have taken a huge step towards our mission of producing guilt-free, real meat that’s good for the planet, people and animals. And we wanted everyone who works there to feel good too.
