Elspeth Lynn

Elspeth has an illustrious career, spanning over 25 years of experience in advertising, She has been most recently the Executive Creative Director of Geometry and the ECD of M&C Saatchi, as well as digital agency Profero. Before Geometry she was the Group Creative Director at FCB Inferno. She stands out as being a successful, and rare, female ECD.

Prior to moving to London in 2008 she owned her own agency Zig with 2 partners and 140 people, and was awarded Agency of the Year. Her client roster has included UEFA, Unilever, IKEA, Peroni, Asahi Group, RBS and Natwest, Boots, Virgin, M&S and multiple highly successful behaviour change campaigns for Transport for London.

She has been awarded many times over the years including Cannes, The One Show and D&AD. She has also judged just about every award show, sometimes twice.

She is a truly passionate about creating experiential work such as the ‘Mini World Record’ which won Grand Prix at the BIMAs, The House of Peroni, which still runs to this day having started in 2012, and the recent shoppable Bootiques for Boots.

Though Elspeth has done brand building, experiential, concepting, art directing and writing above the line, below the line and through the line experience, her focus and passion is about ideas that create growth, whatever channel they’re in.

Elspeth also spends her free hours creating residential and commercial spaces, including the recently renovated 25,000 sq ft Geometry London space which was shortlisted at the British Council for Offices awards, and a residence featured in Architectural Digest.

Paul has for over 20 years followed a vision of big ideas. A passionate advocate of original thinking he has an instinctive understanding of human nature and a natural ability to tell a story that is meaningful to the audience. Trained in both advertising and design, he has gained an unparalleled experience in through-the-line creativity while working at Zig, Profero, FCB Inferno, M&C Saatchi and most recently Creative Director at Publicis, leading many pan-European brands. Paul has worked with Elspeth many times over the years.

His vision has been at the heart of many brand launches and has guided some of the world’s biggest brands, both online and offline. He’s designed and created campaigns across ASOS, MINI, IKEA, Orange, Virgin Holidays, Cathay Pacific, Last Minute, Esprit, Hammerson, Morrisons, M&S, Peroni, Asahi Group, UBS globally and many more.  

Paul is a pro at creating brand identities and the brand world that comes along with it, so it can be expressed in any channel.

He’s proud that his work has been recognised by D&AD, Cannes, New York Art Directors, One Show, London International Advertising Awards and Webby’s.

Paul’s combination of right and left brain thinking, leads him in the pursuit of the essence of a problem and he’s capable of rallying an idea around a distinctive solution, that works in all channels.
