Charlie joins us from VCCP, where he spent the last five years leading the Mondelēz International account, driving Cadbury’s multiple creative and effectiveness successes, with previous roles at BBH London on Audi and FCB London on BMW. Running an independent creative agency means you need energy, agility, and determination — and Charlie’s got all that in spades.

Campaign Canada has recognized IKEA's 'Start The Car' as the 'Ad of the Century’ created at Elspeth Lynn's past agency. This ad has run for 20 years in 13 countries. And now IKEA brings back 'Start the Car' for a short broadcast and online run in Canada.
